• Legal Services in accordance with Civic Procedure Act, General Administrative Procedure Act, an Criminal Procedure Act
• Our team consists of 16 highly trained process servers who are registered, licensed and highly experienced with the legal system in Slovenia to perform Process Services all over the Slovenia
• Our goal is to provide fast and efficient service to our clients with the ability to handle any same day and next day services.
• Your documents can be submit to us by regular mail or upon request, our driver will pick it up at your address.
• We take care of all other documents, such us legal notice or process, needed to perform the service as per ACT validations.
• After the process is delivered, City Express will provide the return of service(Affidavit of Service) with the following indications:
• Customer name ( court or company - barrier of the legal service)
• time and place at which service was effected
• the person served and his signiture
• Serial number of service
• Reference number
• Any additional information needed to establish that service was properly made:
• Addressee statement
• Number of service attempts with dates and comments to the processes (where the notification was left, acquired information on addressee, to whom the processes were served (in case of Substituted service , etc)
• Processes status: served, returned – fiction, returned – un, returned – unsuccessful

• Documents operate as prima facie evidence that service of process was effectively made!

• Size of shipments:
• For oversized shipments with the exceeded volumetric weight, the actual weight will be recalculated as the following formula:
• Height (cm) x width (cm) x length (cm) / 6000 = weight (kg)
• On Demand and scheduled services:
• Scheduled services are performed by contract arrangement every day at the same time or preorder at least 1 business day before the service
• On demand services are executed in the shortest amount of time from placing your order (by call or email)
• Staff outsourcing:
• If during your regular business process a driver shortage appears, because of sick leave, vacation or increased traffic, our staff outsourcing service is the best solution for you, to overcome your driver shortage.
